Yuvo works to increase access to primary care by supporting federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), the institutions that have dedicated the most to care for underserved communities. We work with FQHCs to help scale the quality of care they provide by providing access to new payment systems, developing and optimizing operational infrastructure, and convening partnerships in the broader care ecosystem so that they can increase their capacity and deliver the highest quality of care to their communities.

About The Role

Yuvo Health is seeking an innovative and data driven analytics expert to serve as a key contributor to our organization’s growing Analytics team. Reporting to the Head of Quality Analytics, this individual would work with internal and external stakeholders to inform data availability, document and visualize dashboards, and trend key performance indicators.

This is a fully remote position for employees based in the United States.

There can be up to 25% market travel depending on the identified needs of our FQHC partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect data to business intelligence to advance our analytical capacity
  • Assist with synthesizing inputs from internal and external sources into value-added use cases
  • Aid with collecting and utilizing data that influence the data governance framework
  • Inform data models and analyze data elements to unearth trends and recommendations
  • Communicate and engineer culturally insightful narratives to non-technical audiences and senior leadership
  • Prioritize task with the product team, assessing opportunity cost, and proactively communicating project statuses to colleagues
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies
  • Any other duties that are reasonably required

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least three (3) years of experience in healthcare analytics
  • Experience using data to improve clinical measures and revenue cycle
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting performance and findings
  • Decisive analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work well within a matrixed environment

We’d Love To See:

  • Experience working in an early-stage startup
  • Experience working with BI visualization tools
  • Experience using SQL or equivalent query language
  • Experience in healthcare, precisely clinical measures and risk adjustment
  • Experience with data governance principles
  • Experience using documentation and mapping tools
  • Ideal candidates will be based in the Central or Eastern time zone
  • Experience working on global teams

Benefits

Base Salary: $125,000 – $140,000/year
