The Senior Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for building our content strategy from the ground up, developing the programmatic infrastructure to deliver upon it, and aligning content and communications across brand themes and business priorities. This role is the hub of wheel that provides content to support growth and expansion efforts across the organization. This person will spearhead our SEO strategy and develop new and meaningful stories to drive brand awareness and generate leads. Your program should successfully generate interest in Amino Health and our products as they enable B2B enterprise healthcare companies to drive engagement, contain costs, and improve quality of care for their clients’ and their clients’ employees.

As Amino Health’s Sr. Content Marketing Manager you will be responsible for….

  • Content strategy: Looking at current company goals and objectives, develop, implement and maintain full funnel content strategies for Amino Health owned channels for our target segments. Using cross-functional content inputs, market insights, and competitive intel, you’ll take the lead on content ideation across campaigns, channels, and segments. To be successful, you will need to deeply understand our industry and identify themes and topics that are timely and relevant to our buyers.
  • Editorial management and content production: Implement and maintain a content calendar that delivers across audience segments and channels. Serve as creative lead, project manager, and managing editor for all content created by the marketing team.
    • Content team leadership. Oversee a small writing team of an in-house B2B writer and a B2C freelance writer. Oversee copy editing for substance, grammar, and style while ensuring the voice and tone aligns with the Amino Health’s brand, product positioning, and editorial guidelines.
    • Content scope: According to your content strategy, you’ll deliver a variety of assets including white papers, e-books, blog posts, email copy, social media content, and website copy. You will be responsible for understanding goals and objectives for each content piece, and then recommending the correct format(s) and channels for distribution. You’ll also write pieces yourself.
  • Campaign management: Create distribution plans for content and campaigns, including testing into new distribution channels with the goal of increasing traffic and conversions
  • Lead generation: Partner with the growth team to define content goals and build out necessary analytics/reporting cadences to identify opportunities for content optimization; you’ll jointly own our lead generation targets with our growth marketing team.
  • Analytics: You will be responsible for measuring the performance of earned, owned, and paid content against KPIs; in collaboration with our growth marketing team, you will lead post campaign measurement and analysis to understand how to improve strategy and content.
  • Vendor/Agency management: You will manage agency or contractor relationships associated with delivering on your scope of work (e.g. brand design, freelance writing) —giving assignments, evaluating output, and providing feedback.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and project management: This role requires excellent communication across and within departments to ensure content needs are integrated into your strategy and content roadmap, delivered on time, and optimized over time.
  • Team player: You’ll help to fill temporary gaps in our corporate marketing organization by providing short-term media relations, social media, brand, events, and webinar support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in a B2B content marketing role in the technology sector, with a proven track record and understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills (work samples required), with the ability to craft a compelling story
  • Proven experience executing multi-format, full-funnel content marketing strategies that deliver against KPIs
  • Strong organizational and exceptional project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at a time.
  • Experience using tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
  • Independent self-starter with great communication skills

  • Expected base salary: $150k to $175k plus standard company benefits and a generous option grant.
    Amino values transparency and has included the reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this full-time role at any approved US location. Individual pay is determined by a range of factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, licensure or certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Amino does not typically hire at or near the top of a salary range.

We’re a remote-first team and have designed our culture for a balance of synchronous and asynchronous work with people operating from all over the country. To support your remote office, we provide every new Amino with a generous office set-up allowance plus a monthly stipend for internet/phone.
  • PTO is non accrual and we expect Amino’s to take a minimum of 15 days a year.
