Prezi is seeking a content writer passionate about visual storytelling and user-centric writing. You’ll be defining copy on a wide variety of touchpoints across our whole customer journey. As our Content Writer, you’ll partner with teams across the organization to take complex ideas and develop them into easy-to-read and understand content that inspires, guides, encourage, and continuously helps the millions of customers who use Prezi products all over the world to succeed in engaging their audiences..
Responsibilities:
- Write long and short-form content for the web, blog, SEO, newsletters, and so on.
- Work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders such as Customer Support, Product Marketing, Editorial Content, email, and more.
- Establish templates for emails and support macros.
- Create video scripts for training, sales, or tutorial videos
- Work with other writers to establish and follow writing best practices and contribute to style guides, helping to create a shared nomenclature across the whole Prezi experience
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in content writing, including work in SAAS software, digital agency, or other relevant product areas
- Fluent English speaker
- A portfolio of relevant work that highlights your content writing samples
- Excellent writing and editing skills; can make text short and precise without sacrificing grammar and friendliness
