We’re on the hunt for a skilled and experienced sales leader to take charge and OWN the sales game. You’ll have the power to shape and lead the sales function, creating and owning the strategy that will convert the multitude of high-quality leads pouring into our pipeline. We already have 100+ clients using WorkFlex, including Scout24, Biontech, Vodafone, Flix, and others. Together with the team, you will triple the number of clients and the revenue of WorkFlex within the next few quarters.
🎯 In this role, you will:
- Shape the future of WorkFlex. You’ll play a crucial role in strategic decisions to shape sales and business development to accelerate our growth.
- Own the sales function. You’ll build WorkFlex’s sales strategy, and own the execution of the plan, including defining the scope, outcomes, key metrics, and required inputs to skyrocket the growth of WorkFlex.
- Lead and scale the sales team. You’ll inherit the founders-led sales team and use your sales experience to shape its skills and working approach. You will grow the team in size and strengthen in quality to achieve WorkFlex’s growth ambition.

- Proven experience in leading sales and growing business, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills, with a track record of building and scaling sales teams.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and have the courage to innovate, take calculated risks, and experiment with new ideas and approaches.

- Fluent in German and English.
