As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and operations of the information technology infrastructure for center facilities and corporate systems. This includes hardware and software deployment, network and systems operations and telecommunications. The Systems Engineer will be a key player in establishing long term goals related to patient experience, provider throughput and evolving technology. This position requires 2 years of Systems Engineering, specifically with Identity and Access Management and experience in an environment dependent on technology for business continuity. In addition to impacting our core values of effortless patient experience, you will also be responsible for internal infrastructure delivery.
You will analyze the needs of functional departments and establish priorities for delivery of solutions, provide technical support for computer systems and software, and develop new and/or modify the company’s information processing systems. You will work closely with both the IT Engineering, IAM, Cyberdefense, Enterprise Applications teams and other internal teams. This will be a challenging position working in a fast-paced environment with a focus around agile and rapid deployment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of IAM experience required
- 5 years of IAM experience preferred
- Okta Certified Administrator Preferred
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools. Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure cloud and hosted. Maintain network servers such as file servers, print servers and various other Azure deployed Servers/Services. This will include a mixture of engineering, cloud architectural design, security, cloud networking and administration.
- Troubleshoot technology problems reported by users and/or other departments within the organization. Provide subject matter expertise to help provide solutions to issues reported. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams from IT, Engineering and business functions, including senior leadership team within and outside of your department and function. Collaborate with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience. Understand business needs, develop functional specifications, technical designs and/or workflow requirements. Identify needed resources for projects, define and assign major project roles.
- Participate in system selections for enhancing patient care via new technologies. Manage and maintain vendor relationships to stay up to date on emerging technologies and advancement in existing systems. Develop proposals to optimize existing and introduce emerging technologies in support of increasing operational requirement and failover capabilities of IT systems in a healthcare setting. Take responsibility for results, including costs, and methods.
- Adapt to a constantly changing environment; flexibility to work extended hours and weekends if needed, occasional travel required.

Responsible for design, installation and implementation of all IT hardware for new center location openings and center expansion. Ensure installations are completed in a timely manner and are cost-effective to ensure successful openings for new centers. - Responsible for performing security checks and prevent physical vulnerability, including implementation and monitoring policies and controls to ensure hardware and physical security, legal and regulatory compliance.
- Frequent travel to healthcare facilities required.
