We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our USA office for our IT software services company. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Interact with Prospects and Customers to gather project requirements.
- Managing the Calendar on a daily basis and making sure it’s updated for the entire next week.
- Make sure that the CRM is always up to date and manage client communication with defined SLAs.
- Preparation of solution, pricing, and proposal based on the requirement mentioned in RFQ/RFP or gathered through calls and requirement documents.
- Prepare and present about LeewayHertz and its portfolio over a call to clients.
- Initiate the project with the team once it is signed and work with cross-functional teams.
- Responsible to raise and follow up on the Sent proposal/invoice and close it to the end.
- Follow the process without fail and identify the gaps and also rectify them with solutions.
Required skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and people skills
- Prior experience in customer sales, support, and client handling
- Ability to present technical solutions to potential clients.
- Should be passionate to drive sales.
Candidate Requirements:
- You need to be based in either the US or Canada.
- Option to work from anywhere in the US, Canada
- Should be open to travel within USA or Canada.
