Who You Are:
- Prior experience in entrepreneurship, sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Charismatic, high EQ, and strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections and trust with customers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interactions.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Experienced in utilizing popular e-commerce tools like Shopify and HubSpot.
- Skilled in creating organized, spreadsheet-based workflows to ensure agility and efficiency when needed.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset for solving problems and making impactful decisions.
- Analytical and can draw non-obvious insights.
- Available to work part-time throughout the spring while managing your academic responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:
- Chat with customers like a pro—friendly, helpful, and tuned into their needs.
- Showcase products/services, spill the details, and tackle any burning questions.
- Be the matchmaker! Pair customers with their perfect products or custom solutions.
- Set up demos, test drives, or appointments to keep things rolling.
- Team up with sales and marketing for killer engagement strategies and promos.
- Keep the CRM squeaky clean with up-to-date customer details and notes.
- Check in post-purchase to spread smiles and handle any follow-up needs.
- Generate reports which will be presented to our customers
- Isolating relevant data to inform future roadmap
