You’re gifted at:

  • Maintaining detailed event-specific reporting, scheduling and documentation
  • Wearing multiple hats while effectively and seamless facilitating cross-functional collaboration with various teams and departments to ensure they’re driving business initiatives forward

You have:

  • Exceptional organizational skills, work ethic, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An interest in the real estate industry (direct real estate event coordinating experience is a huge plus)
  • 2+ years experience in an event planning or coordination role
  • The ability to travel (estimated 20%) to event locations, as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Able to lift 50 lbs as well as stand and walk for extended period of time

You command:

  • Collaboration with internal teams on the creation and execution of event and sponsorship deliverables
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members and VIP clients, as needed
  • Managing event-related inventory while meeting order and shipping deadlines
  • Start-up hustle & teamwork
  • Mondays & project management

Your opportunities for impact:

  • Assist with researching and vetting venues, vendors, and service providers for various event opportunities
  • Interface regularly with events contacts at host organizations and with applicable vendors
