About the Role
We’re looking for someone to join our team that is interested in growing their career in sales. We’d love someone who is competitive (think college athlete) and is eager to contribute to an evolving sales product.
- Interested in sales or has experience in retail sales (critical!)
- Eager to contribute to product development and give feedback to product team
- Proven ability to thrive in team-based environments and collaborate effectively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a customer-first mindset.
- Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
This person must be able to work weekends.
Requirements
- Flexible work schedule, including the ability to work one weekend day.
- Able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
What You’ll Do
- Engage customer leads through conversations that build brand and drive purchases.
- Work closely with our leadership team to adopt our merchant’s brand voice and understand their products and operations.
- Become a subject matter expert for assigned merchants.
- Identify gaps in our internal processes and help implement improvements.
- Maintain internal documentation alongside your teammates, ensuring that the information we’re sharing across teams is up to date and accurate.
- Collaborate with the product team to address improvement opportunities within the platform.
$30 – $50 an hour
