Quartzy is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with Quartzy’s sales and account management teams to drive growth through new customer acquisition. The role is customer-facing, requiring Subject Matter Expertise for the Quartzy platform and customers technical environment.

Your experience working closely with sales teams to craft technical solutions that meet our customers’ needs. You will identify how the Quartzy platform fits into a client’s workflow and contribute by eliminating manual steps, automating processes, and increasing the speed and efficiency of the implementation.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the technical lead for the go-to-market team
  • Interface with Product Management, Engineering, Support, Customer Success and sales to understand everything technical at Quartzy.
  • Partner with sales and account management teams on prospect and customer facing meetings to conduct technical product demonstrations and discuss technical aspects of the Quartzy platform.
  • Directly communicate with prospect and customer technical contacts to support sales and growth efforts
  • Define technical requirements necessary to implement the Quartzy platform
  • Translating technical needs into product development recommendations
  • Become the subject matter expert aspects on API and integration capabilities

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales technical role (Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, etc.)
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, or Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or work equivalent experience
  • Strong technical acumen and presence
  • Experience creating, presenting, and documenting technical solutions
  • Ability to present topics in a clear and concise manner to many levels of technical skill sets and audience sizes
