Job Summary:

As an Account Manager at LeewayHertz, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of our software services. Your ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate our value proposition will be critical in driving the success of the organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and add on new clients, understanding their goals, challenges, and business needs. Act as a trusted advisor to guide clients toward suitable software solutions.
  • Customer Visits and In-Person Meetings: Regularly visit clients on-site to foster face-to-face relationships, gain insights into their operations, and address any concerns. Conduct engaging presentations and discussions to showcase LeewayHertz’s capabilities.
  • Account Planning: Formulate account strategies and actionable plans to enhance client satisfaction and accomplish business goals. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the prosperous execution of projects and the retention of clients.
  • Meeting Potential Customers: Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking occasions to discover and connect with prospective clients. Skillfully and convincingly showcase our company services to attract new business prospects.
  • Client success and satisfaction: Ensuring the technical success and satisfaction of clients by monitoring their product usage, performance, and outcomes. Proactively identify optimization, improvement, or customization opportunities to meet clients’ technical requirements
  • Technical consulting and solutions: Consulting with clients on technical solutions, best practices, and industry trends. Collaborating with internal technical teams to provide customized solutions, recommendations, and strategies that align with the client’s technical objectives.
  • Technical account planning and reporting: Developing technical account plans, strategies, and goals in collaboration with clients and internal teams. Generating technical reports and analysis on client performance, technical metrics, and product usage to assess client satisfaction, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Project management and coordination: Managing technical projects or initiatives for clients, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking progress, ensuring timely delivery, and managing technical resources to achieve the client’s technical objectives.
  • Continuous learning and industry knowledge: Staying updated with the latest technological advancements, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide cutting-edge technical guidance to clients and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the company’s technical offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales or account management within the IT software service industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the USA.
