Luxury Presence is looking for a dedicated post-sales Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Marketing department. This role will report to the Director of Content and will work closely with leaders in the Client Services Department for collaboration of post-sales marketing to our existing customer base.

Is this you?

  • Work with Marketing Ops to ensure we have adequate tools at scale to effectively coordinate our outbound client communications to avoid inundating them with too many emails
  • Partner with CS Digital CSMs on planning and testing
  • Partner with CS leaders to lead the client journey
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Product Management
  • Generate data-driven hypotheses and run A/B tests across different segments, user flows, and campaigns
  • Build dashboards and reports to keep your key stakeholders informed

You have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years experience with lifecycle and growth marketing experience at a SaaS B2B organization
  • Previous success working in a fast-paced, high-volume organization
  • Experience owning and mapping the client journey (working with all customer-facing departments and product teams)
  • Proficiency with advanced marketing automation functionality, including managing a system of nurture track
  • A blend of analytical and creative skills with an enthusiasm for problem-solving and measuring the effectiveness of your work
  • Enthusiasm, competitive spirit, friendly and sunny disposition
  • Ideally, knowledge of the real estate industry
