Our client, a dynamic and innovative company, is looking for a Conversion Copywriter to help elevate their marketing efforts and drive results!
As a Conversion Copywriter, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the brand’s messaging and increasing the bottom line. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling, conversion-focused copy for LinkedIn Ads. Your words will have the power to engage, resonate, and drive action. The ideal candidate has the ability to understand complex concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand, engaging copy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop persuasive copy that drives conversions and aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audiences, campaign objectives, and key selling points.
- Craft clear and concise headlines, taglines, and body copy that grab attention and encourage action.
- Create engaging and effective call-to-action (CTA) statements that guide users toward desired outcomes.
- Optimize copy for SEO, ensuring it’s discoverable by search engines and resonates with human readers.
- A/B test copy to identify high-performing variations and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure copy and visuals work harmoniously to convey the intended message.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in conversion-focused copywriting.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Proven experience as a conversion-focused copywriter with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and style.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how to incorporate keywords seamlessly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility).
Compensation Range: $48 – 55 per hour
