Chainlink Labs is seeking a Growth Marketer Intern to join our performance-oriented team in the Web3 industry. As a Growth Marketer Intern, you will play a pivotal role in helping to plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders across growth marketing and other teams to drive growth and meet business objectives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, adaptable to change, and eager to take ownership in the marketing growth space. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of a leading company in the blockchain industry.
This is a paid internship. We are looking for part-time candidates who can dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week during the Fall semester.

Objectives of this Role

  • Partner closely with stakeholders across growth marketing and other teams to strategize and deliver effective marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation, management, and execution of growth marketing campaigns, both paid and organic, to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Contribute to the development of analytics tracking plans, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis for campaign optimization.
  • Work cross-functionally and collaborate with key stakeholders to evaluate their needs and execute growth plans.
  • Support paid media channels by building campaigns, crafting ad copy, and tracking performance.
  • Assist with organic channels by writing social copy and email content to drive audience engagement.
  • Contribute to marketing analytics efforts by building analytics tracking plans, working with tools like Google Tag Manager, and assisting with dashboard and reporting builds.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Thrive in an environment of change and demonstrate adaptability in fast-paced settings.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues.
  • Familiarity with the Web3 space and a passion for emerging technologies.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and a strong desire to take ownership of projects.
  • Currently studying a Marketing, Business, or Technology-related degree.
  • 1-2 years of previous marketing-related experience.
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of handling data analysis and reporting.
  • Analytical skillset with the ability to think critically and derive insights from data.
  • Previous experience in an agency setting, managing marketing campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for advanced analytics tracking.
  • Familiarity with Campaign Manager tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms.
