The Account Executive, Pavilion Support reports to the Pavilions Lead and supports Pavilion operations including vendor management, timeline management, and operational planning for the client’s Pavilion onsite at the Olympic Games. The Pavilion will be open for the duration of the Games and will host customers, athletes, influencers, and more. This individual will own and/or oversee all operational workstreams as it relates to the Pavilion. This may include:
- Vendor management, oversight and management, security and access collaboration, AV, IT, and overall space functionality, daily operations meeting support, ongoing troubleshooting, etc.
The ideal candidate will be / have:
- Ability to oversee and manage multiple spaces, teams, and program operational objectives
- Be proficient or fluent in French
- Vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in production management

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Facility Operations Experience. Supports operational oversight of a temporary structure in conjunction with Client design team, production, AV, IT, lighting, security, medical and the host country, inclusive of weekly calls, owning agendas and customer program support related follow ups.
- Vendor Management and Negotiation. Working with multiple vendors to support the specific needs of the temporary structure.
- Joint-Effort Driven. Accountable for multiple workstreams within a greater project requiring collaboration and communication with a large-scale team. Leads a team of local staff during Games-time.
- Client Relations. Direct integration with the client to support on requests and needs.
- Guest Experience & Hospitality Expertise. There will be one-hundred+ guests, executives, media, operational staff,etc visiting the pavilion within a given day. The Pavilion Lead ensures the quest journey and experience is positive, seamless, and safe.
- Ability to travel internationally for site visits and onsite event execution period in July/August 2024 during Olympics (Pre-Games + Games Times).
