What you’ll be doing:
- Create roadmaps for your specific product / program.
- Conduct planning sessions to execute roadmap.
- Make product recommendations based on data, and qualitative feedback from business partners to help increase efficiency and create a better CX.
- Provide direction and oversight on projects.
- Partner with technical and reporting teams. Design, document, test and implement technology applications and associated reporting.
- Conduct end-user training as necessary.
- Document appropriate procedures, instructions, and rules to share knowledge and create standards or practice.
- Create user stories / acceptance criteria using JIRA.
What you bring to the table:
- Effectively organizes large amounts of information and translates it into a simplified view of a complex reality that is understandable from all stakeholder perspectives
- Clearly expresses stakeholder desires and/or current organizational state using a combination of textual formats, models, diagrams, and matrices
- Understands the business framework (structure, people, processes, and technology) that supports Staples’ strategy
- Can juggle a wide variety of activities with limited oversight, while keeping stakeholders informed of progress
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to comprehend, document, explain, and recommend solutions for complex issues.
- Displays organization skills and ability to self-manage personal workload
- Self-starter who demonstrates flexibility, curiosity, and resourcefulness
Qualifications :
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years’ current or prior experience in a Program/Product Manager role
- 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 2+ years’ experience with JIRA, O365 Suite, and Process mapping and mockup applications (e.g., MS Visio, moqups.com)
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating roadmaps, and / or strategic product plans
- Business Analysis / Project Management experience in a contact center or customer service environment
- Experience eliciting / writing requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Staples policies & procedures
