We are looking for someone who will support our growth in operational tax and customer tax reporting and withholding tax compliance. Someone who is a highly motivated, resourceful individual who is adept and dedicated to Revolut’s overall compliance with accurate, reconciled data, and to improving our processes in completing our tax information reporting obligations for our various products.

What you’ll be doing:
- Building out an operational/customer tax team, who can support all of our regulated entities in operational and customer tax reporting and withholding
- Developing full roadmap to achieve KPIs, highlighting all blockers and dependencies
- Running an effective global operational taxes team across multiple jurisdictions (EEA, US, Australia, Mexico, Singapore and Japan)
- Eliminating operational tax and withholding risk incidents
- Ensuring adequate processes have been implemented in all jurisdictions, where we have a regulated entity, for timely reporting and remittance of operational taxes and tax returns
- Supporting the treasury team on cross border investments
- Supporting the business on reviewing and advising from a tax reporting and withholding tax perspective on any new products and services we offer globally
- Supporting the technology team in building out a technology solution to support the operational tax team in its compliance efforts
What you’ll need:
- 8+ years of experience in Operational Tax (ideally in the Big 4)
- Experience running an operational/customer tax reporting team at a large financial institution in the US or EEA
- Experience with technology solutions/systems for operational tax withholding
- Experience with YE customer tax filing, withholding, and reporting obligations
