What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with product, design, and research to develop and elevate content strategies for existing and new products
- Finding intuitive and elegant content solutions across our app
- Building experiences that spark simplicity, deep understanding, and delight within Revolut users
- Collaborating with product marketing teams to ensure seamless end-to-end customer journeys
- Thinking about core product concepts include retention and multi-product adoption
- Getting to know the Revolut brand and working with design and product marketing to keep refining and iterating on our voice and building out our style guide
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years of experience in a UX or content strategy role working closely with product, marketing, and design teams to develop actionable, creative content
- Strong UX and product thinking, plus insight into product strategy (bonus points for knowledge of fintech landscape)
- The ability to clearly communicate the strategy and reason behind your decisions
- A flexible, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage workload, processes, and priorities independently in an ever-changing, fast-growth startup environment
- Native speaking level of writing and editing in English
Compensation range:
- Vilnius: €1,900 – €2,800 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €1,900 – €2,800 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and previous experience
