Qventus is a real-time decision making platform for hospital operations. Our mission is to simplify how healthcare operates, so that hospitals and caregivers can focus on delivering the best possible care to patients. We use artificial intelligence and machine learning to create products that help nurses, doctors, and hospital staff anticipate issues and make operational decisions proactively.
About the Role:
Are you the next Qventoid? We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to develop relationships with our key leaders and users in the hospital and be a critical link between Qventus and the client, and our internal delivery and product teams. You will wear multiple hats, combining aspects of complex engagement management, account management, product management, and analytics.
As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as the overall engagement owner and support the client throughout the life of their contract, creating and managing a complex and cross-functional project plan with a matrixed team. The CSM will leverage their experience in the OR domain to develop deep knowledge of the Qventus periop suite of products to successfully deploy them, think creatively about new use cases for the product, and drive value for our clients.
About the Key Responsibilities:
- Meet contractual commitments to clients by managing cross-functional work to deliver client outcomes, align with ROI goals and maintain positive relationships for expansion or renewal.
- Serve as the owner and accountable team member for assigned accounts/clients with limited oversight
- Elegantly navigate difficult conversations with client executives using clearly presented business cases to effect system-wide change
- Effectively lead complex engagements with matrixed teams (clinical, technical, and operational) on both the client side and within Qventus with minimal supervision
- Articulate Qventus’ value proposition and create value for clients by establishing clearly defined business outcomes. Build quarterly success plans with the appropriately identified cross-functional teams, objectives, timelines, risks and metrics needed to achieve goals.
- Appropriately utilize data to assess a situation, develop a recommendation, and tell a compelling story that provides value to the client
- Celebrate client results through a variety of avenues including speaking at conferences, co-hosting webinars, and authoring case studies
- Accountable to drive high usage of the Qventus platform within clients by driving the creation and execution of a thorough and action-oriented plan.
- Leverages deep domain expertise in order to sustain buy-in from core users and executives around tool adoption.
- Proactively identifies new workflows and expansion opportunities in each account to drive value both for the client and for Qventus.
- Creates a client base who is excited about Qventus and serves as a reference for prospective clients
- Maintains and demonstrates the ability to foster client relationships, from the client executive team through to physician and operational leadership
- Obtain a basic technical understanding of the platform with a desire to expand technical knowledge
About What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of professional experience working at a top healthcare consulting firm or in a client-facing professional services role at a workflow oriented SaaS company
- Deep understanding of the Surgical domain and related hospital operations
- Polished executive presence and ability to create and present visually-appealing slides with robust data stories supplemented by actionable insights
- Proven track record developing and maintaining meaningful professional relationships across all levels of a periop department, including C-Suite executives; viewed as a trusted partner by clients
- Project management experience with complex implementations in the provider-side healthcare setting
- Familiarity with EHR systems
- Refined analytic skills and the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong technical aptitude and experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and technical teams as well as marketing and sales
- A track record of applying strong quantitative and analytical skills in prior roles
- Ability to travel up to 25-50% nationwide
It’s a Plus if you Have…
- Knowledge of the landscape of acute care patient flow processes, challenges, and solutions
- Change management experience
- OR clinical experience (i.e. CNOR)
- You find pleasure in defining a method to the madness. People call on you to organize messy situations at work.
- An assertive, confident attitude and approach towards challenging situations. You run towards the challenge head-on instead of waiting for it to come to you.
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and can make ‘gut’ decisions without all the information, course correcting and maintaining momentum with team members to keep going.
- You want to contribute at any level to drive a task to completion. There’s nothing ‘beneath’ you, as long as you’re helping out.
