Osano is growing and we’re looking for a curious + motivational Sr. Sales Enablement Manager to help us scale as a Revenue team! Our team is instrumental in driving Osano forward by bringing our suite of products to prospects + expanding their adoption of our entire platform. In this role, you’ll become a privacy evangelist and own the development of our Revenue team across sales excellence, product positioning, initiative adoption, and industry expertise. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Privacy, and Revenue teams to develop training programs that make our revenue team members trusted advisors and improves our repeatability. The ability to build documentation, taking complex information + making it actionable, and motivating from a one-to-many approach will serve you well in this role!

Compensation
Depending on your skill and experience, you can expect stock options + your annual compensation to be somewhere between $95,000 and $105,000 upon joining the company.

The Role

  • Create + manage an impactful Sales Enablement strategy that aligns with Osano’s revenue goals and objectives. You’ll be the owner of learning + development within our revenue organization!
  • Audit Osano’s current sales, account management, and sales development trainings to identify needs as we scale.
  • Build + implement trainings on processes, best practices, negotiations, and de-escalations, while also thinking of how to weave these into our new hire onboarding.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, Marketing, Privacy, and Sales  to deliver inspiring + impactful learning content.
  • Develop and own key initiatives such as sales excellence trainings, demo certification programs, and industry specific trainings.
  • Track and analyze data to identify and report on the effectiveness of learning initiatives and materials for the team. Partner with go-to-market leadership to refine these programs and ensure they are successful through scale.
  • Provide ongoing 1:1 and 1:many coaching that results in initiative, process, and behavior adoption.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning through communication, accountability, and outcomes.

About You

  • You have at least 4+years of experience in sales enablement, preferably in an early-stage SaaS startup environment.
  • Even better, you have some knowledge in a regulatory environment (risk/compliance/risk, legaltech, cybersecurity, or data privacy) or you’ve spent some time as an Account Executive/Manager working directly with prospects.
  • You consistently put your curiosity into action and can share examples of how your have immersed yourself in an industry to help make front-line reps trust advisors.
  • You have demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills illustrating your ability to work closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Privacy to turn Osano’s assets + learnings into actionable processes for sales teams.
  • You take initiative when it comes to documentation, building knowledge bases and processes that span just-in-time learning, knowledge retention, and initiative adoption.
  • You take pride in your communication and see it as a representation of your brand. You understand that clear, concise communication builds rapport and trust.
  • You’ve worked with HubSpot (or a similar CRM) and know your way around Microsoft tools (like Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams). You’re also familiar with various sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC.
  • You thrive in a remote setting. For us, that means being empathetic, proactively communicating, and bringing ingenuity + initiative to your every day.
  • Lastly, you have a hunger to constantly improve by seeking out feedback and are self-aware of your capabilities + knowledge.
