Your Mission:
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to help us scale our paid marketing activities across the Jimdo Media Channels. As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and driving our global Affiliate Program strategy and optimizing channel performance to drive ROI. You will own campaign launch and optimization, forge and maintain strategic relationships with affiliates, and align program performance with Jimdo’s overarching business goals.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll develop and execute an affiliate outreach strategy to identify and engage potential affiliates.
- You’ll nurture relationships with existing affiliates to drive engagement and collaboration.
- You’ill plan, deploy, and manage campaigns on our Impact platform, continuously optimizing them for maximum conversion and ROI, and aligning them with company objectives.
- You’ill utilize analytics tools (primarily Impact) to track affiliate performance and extract actionable insights.
- You’ill prepare regular reports summarizing affiliate campaign results and list the optimization strategies used.
- You’ll manage the budget allocated for affiliate marketing initiatives.
- You’ll drive continuous improvement through experimentation identifying new strategies to enhance affiliate engagement and conversion rates.
What you bring to the table:
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar affiliate publisher facing role, ideally in a high-growth, subscription-based business.
- Demonstrable expertise in affiliate channel-specific management, with a track record of managing and growing complex programs.
- Versatility using different Saas tools, and skilled at interpreting metrics to make data-driven decisions, underpinned by a strong analytical mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, both with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational skills, astute attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage concurrent priorities.
- Deep comprehension of affiliate marketing trends and best practices, capable of ideating campaign strategies tailored to the SaaS landscape.
- A proactive attitude and desire to voice your ideas and opinions.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
