As an Analyst focused on our financial data, you will have ownership and responsibility for enabling a scalable Finance function that helps our business leaders make sound financial decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will not be afraid to go deep into the details, define improvement opportunities and build scalable solutions.

What would your day-to-day look like:
- Understand and own our financial reconciliation data and reporting processes to connect data across our ecosystem
- Work with business stakeholders to identify data quality inefficiencies and automation opportunities to maximize time spent on value added tasks
- Perform root cause analysis to identify solutions that address the source issue
- Manage negotiations across organizational lines to promote consistent data quality and global solutions
- Work on ad hoc projects as assigned; such as developing and leading new
- Finance-managed services or other initiatives.
An ideal candidate has:
- 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role
- Proficient in SQL or Python
- Prior experience implementing invoicing, cash collection, transaction reconciliation, or billing workflows
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
- Degree in a quantitative field like Business, Finance, or Engineering
- Python/JavaScript or another programming/scripting language
- Comfortable using programming as a tool to scale and solve problems
- Experience with process automation and business process mapping
- Ability to navigate complexity, influence business partners at all levels and challenge the status-quo in a fast-paced environment
