Job Details
As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls or leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into customers. In this role you will interact with our customers through warm inbound calls.

Pay Details:
- Starting base salary during training is $45K with opportunity for growth.
- Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
- Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $85k+.
Position Details:
From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing!
- All computer equipment is provided.
- Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

- Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. Example 11am-8pm (CST).
- You can expect to work this schedule for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service
- An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
