As the Sr. Systems Analyst, you’ll be the business owner for all the Human Resources systems, including but not limited to HRIS, ATS, Onboarding, performance management, and engagement systems. You’ll provide system support and analysis and facilitate leveraging technology solutions to meet the needs of the HR and Staffing Departments and users of systems. This position leads, evaluates, analyzes, designs, and implements projects. You will have the opportunity to make alterations and configurations to systems and gather requirements from end users while acting as a liaison between vendor technical support and the agency.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- HR System Management. You will own the day-to-day management of systems and processes around employee data and HR compliance with a high degree of accuracy and security. Experience using iCIMS, ADP, Success Factors, and Greenhouse is preferred.
- Process Improvement/Enhancement. You will be able to independently translate business requirements into documented use cases, refine and maintain the product feature/enhancements prioritization and tracking, and serve as the liaison between business teams, including Finance, Payroll, and IT teams. You also assist in reviewing, testing and implementing system upgrades and offer recommendations based on analyzing data.
- Project Management. You can problem solve and propose multiple solutions to support business requirements with the systems. You excel in leading multiple projects while keeping the focus on what is a priority.
- Collaboration. You will communicate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure a shared understanding of progress, including what is complete, incomplete, risks to escalate, and impact on the delivery plan. You can influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders, business processes, and technical solutions.
- Communication. You can independently translate complex information in simple business terms to a variety of stakeholders across the agency.
- Data Integrity. You will manage and utilize the HRIS to promote accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

The annual range for this role varies between $75,000 – $80,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience.
