We are looking for a structured and results oriented Senior Stock Plan Administrator to join our Total Compensation & HR Insights team.
You will play an important role to support our Employees long term equity plans. You’re a strong communicator with high integrity and can think analytically. What You’ll Do
- Provide support related to our Employee long term equity plan, including managing our monthly grant and vest process
- Answering daily questions from employees and managers
- Support in exercise process
- Consistently improve our equity processes
- Become an expert within our equity systems
- Strengthen our communication towards employees regarding equity plans matters
- Support HR colleagues in employee equity matters
- Support with reports and analytics
- Audit support for quarterly review, year-end audits as well as ensuring that internal controls and procedures are in place
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience and or training
- Background from a Legal or Economics discipline is preferred
- 3+ years of relevant working experience
- Experience managing share-based incentive plans is a plus
- High integrity and are reliable and accurate in everything you deliver
- Comfortable and calm dealing with legal documents
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Easy-going and an unpretentious team player

The United States base range for this position is $85,329 – $121,898, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
