Consultant duties and responsibilities
- Lead short-term or long-term projects
- Conduct research and examine want and needs of different stakeholders
- Use interviews, surveys etc. to collect data
- Perform complex data analyzing activities
- Provide innovative solutions to problems
- Create and present detailed reports for upper management
- Create training programs for people who are affected by a change
- Continually track situation and suggest appropriate adjustments
- Stay up to date with industry trends
Consultant requirements
- Previous working experience as consultant for (x) years
- X years of experience in project management
- Knowledge of data analysis and various research techniques
- Hands-on experience with relevant business and IT software programs
- Ability to and experience with planning, developing and implementing business plans
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- MA in business or similar relevant field
- Certification in consulting is a plus
