We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team! As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our company’s business is in compliance with laws and regulations. As a Compliance Officer, you will train and educate all our employees on the latest legal programs.
Compliance Officer duties and responsibilities
- Implementing and managing a legal compliance program
- Studying existing and new legislation
- Drafting company policies and creating internal controls
- Creating reports
- Advising company’s management on compliance with laws and regulations
- Educating and training employees on the latest regulations
Compliance Officer requirements and qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Management or similar field
- Minimum of X years of experience in a Compliance Officer role
- Strong knowledge of legal requirements and controls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
