RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively Source Candidates: Leverage multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networks) to identify top talent.
- Build & Manage Candidate Pipelines: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of both inbound (applications) and outbound (actively sourced) candidates, ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen & Qualify Candidates: Review resumes, conduct screening calls, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
- Collaborate with Recruiters & Hiring Managers: Partner to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies.
- Track Sourcing Metrics: Measure and report on sourcing effectiveness, including conversion rates and time-to-fill metrics.
- Engage Candidates: Build rapport, maintain communication, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values during candidate outreach and engagement.
- Support Recruitment Projects: Assist with recruitment campaigns, referral programs, and talent pipeline initiatives.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in recruitment, including CV screening and conducting initial interviews.
- Sourcing Skills: Basic knowledge of social media, job boards, and professional networks (especially LinkedIn).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze recruitment data, track sourcing performance, and implement data-driven recruitment strategies.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- ATS Experience: Familiarity with Recruitee or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- 10 min online DISC assessment to identify your behavioral style, as we strongly believe in the power of diverse teams.
- 15-30 min e-meet with the Foxelli Group Talent Acquisition Partner to discuss company, role, your experiences, and expectations.
- Home Task.
- 60 min e-meet with one or two members of Foxelli’s HR team to discuss the vision of the role and goals, and technical skills, followed by a two-way Q&A session.

SALARY
€600 – €700 after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience + bonus.
Please note that this role requires a self-employment certificate.
