Remote Director – Total Rewards @ Granicus

The Director of Total Rewards will lead the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies across a midsized global organization. This role will oversee all aspects of compensation planning, benchmarking, pay structure development, incentive programs, benefits offerings, and reward strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals, market competitiveness, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, data-driven decision-making, and proven leadership experience in total rewards across diverse, global, and dynamic workforces. The individual will lead a team of local, regional benefits analysts/coordinators.
