βAs a Senior HR Business Partner, youβll act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders on all people-related matters while coaching and developing team to achieve business outcomes. You’ll be influential in shaping organizational design and strategy, leading talent management initiatives, and driving a culture of high performance, urgency and engagement. Your role will cover implementing talent strategy, supporting performance management through coaching and development, global HR project work, and provide subject matter expertise around HR policies and procedures. Youβll work collaboratively with the broader HR teams, to help drive the people to plan across all functions and regions of the organization.
