This role focuses on helping ServiceNow achieve growth objectives, including NNACV growth and sourced revenue goals for one of our top strategic partnerships. The Global Partner Manager (GPM) will oversee the day-to-day operations of the partnership, maintain alliance relationships, and manage go-to-market initiatives in key industries.
The GPM will assist in executing a 360-degree strategy for the partnership, which includes developing and implementing joint go-to-market business plans, managing executive cadences, organizing key marketing events, maintaining regional interlocks, and establishing an overall business structure. Additionally, the GPM will ensure regional execution of these plans in alignment with global objectives. This role will also have a specific focus on both resale and service provider routes to market.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate sales planning activities with key stakeholders, including Sales Plays, Routes to Market, targets, metrics, and reporting.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and executives, regularly delivering presentations on ServiceNow’s value proposition and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new teams within existing partners through prioritized relationship-building and business development activities, acting as a ServiceNow ambassador.
- Establish governance with clear cadences and reporting to drive partnership success.
- Ensure Partner Program success by tracking and overseeing actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales Ops and Partner Enablement, to deliver an exceptional partner experience.
- Work with the partner marketing lead to develop marketing content aligned with the strategy set by the GPL, including educational materials and external communications like joint webinars and press releases.
- Continuously assess and validate the effectiveness of chosen routes to market.
- Manage onboarding activities for both ServiceNow and partner resources to ensure a smooth and organized learning and execution path.
- Focus on driving success in both service provider and resale routes to market through targeted initiatives, white space assessments, and governance.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, management consulting, or partnership management (preferably for a SaaS company).
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree encouraged.
- The ideal candidate also understands deal structure and deal flow.
- Professional presence, with experience and comfort delivering presentations to and building relationships with C-level executives.
- Ability to navigate and leverage extended internal teams and work cross-functionally.
- Ability to navigate large organizations and build champions, externally within partner firms and internally across the partner organization, sales, marketing, and customer outcomes.
- Competitive sales and business development mentality; eagerness to reach sales quota targets and achieve partner objectives.
- Strong program management skills, ability to coordinate across numerous priorities and initiatives to ensure virtual teams (internal and external) are aligned and accountable to delivering results.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation development and in Excel for reporting and analysis

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $103,080 – $170,160, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
