Remote Talent Operations Specialist @ Ferguson Enterprises

As a member of our Talent Operations team, you will work with HR, Field Leaders, and vendor partners to support and enable our talent processes and programs.

The desired candidate is an excellent communicator, execution oriented, loves working with cross functional teams, and has a solid understanding of talent management processes.

Pay Range:

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$4,799.70 – $7,791.30

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
