We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing e-commerce team. This role is perfect for a full-stack marketer who thrives on owning projects from conception to execution. You’ll be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration with design and development teams to deliver high performing landing pages and funnels, and drive significant sales growth.
Unlike a traditional performance marketing role, this position emphasizes strategic marketing management, customer research, and the ability to bridge the gap between marketing vision and execution. You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality output across all marketing touchpoints, from landing pages and ad creatives to customer journeys.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Marketing Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct thorough market and customer research to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
- Analyze marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage and prioritize marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Ideate new ways to increase scale in our funnels and campaigns.
- Creative & Content Oversight:
- Write compelling marketing copy for ads, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on design assets, ensuring they meet brand standards and conversion goals.
- Oversee the design and optimization of ad creatives, by managing design resources.
- Landing Page & Website Optimization:
- Conduct thorough QA of landing pages and website elements to ensure optimal user experience and functionality.
- Implement and monitor A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement website updates and enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between marketing, design, and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Provide clear and concise briefs to design and development teams, ensuring projects are delivered to specification.
- Manage and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Customer Research and Analysis:
- Gather and analyse customer feedback, and data to inform marketing strategies.
- Identify customer pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Optimise towards scaling sales, and execute on new ideas to increase customer acquisition.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in a marketing management or full-stack marketing role within an e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience with CRO and website optimization.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights against what sells.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience working with design and development teams.
- Ability to work remotely and manage your own time effectively.
- A strong understanding of customer research and how to implement it.
- A passion for e-commerce and a desire to drive growth.
- Strong performance marketing experience.

- Experience with specific marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with heatmaps, ads managers, and analytics tools.

SALARY
€1,500 – €2500 after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience) with the potential for quarterly performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs.
