We are looking for a Recruiter with experience strategically partnering and coaching hiring teams across the organization. You should be a multi-disciplined full cycle recruiter who can help us attract values-aligned talent as well as develop, implement and execute recruiting strategies. The right person is a team player who thrives in startup culture and wears multiple hats; is not opposed to owning processes end-to-end (sourcing, scheduling, offers, and everything in between).
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build relationships and partner with business partners and hiring teams to understand hiring needs, team goals, and set talent acquisition strategies
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
- Provide a superb candidate experience
- Use data and metrics reporting to drive continuous process and strategy improvement
- Coach hiring teams throughout the hiring process, including interview techniques, selection process, and hiring system processes
- Working alongside others, in an environment where sharing of knowledge and best practices is a constant
- Organize and facilitate interview debriefs and be a trusted voice in difficult conversations that result in decision-making
- Act as a Strategic Talent Partner through consultation, applying best practices to optimize for the best hiring decisions
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast paced saas environment
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency in a highly ambiguous environment
- A partnership-centric approach to working with business leaders
- Proven success in building unique solutions to attract, source, close and retain passive and active candidates.
- A passion for connecting with people and building effective and trusting relationships
- You understand the importance of learning the candidate’s motivations and crafting a dialogue that leads to a yes decision
- Proven track record of achievement and success
- Fluency in spoken and written English
