As a Senior Migration Specialist, you’ll lead high-touch, complex customer migrations – working closely with creators and internal teams to deliver a smooth, confident transition to Uscreen. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll provide a white-glove experience, anticipate needs, and remove friction for customers at every step. You’ll also help shape future projects by mentoring others and executing on improvements to our internal processes.
🚀 What you’ll do:
- Own the full lifecycle of assigned customer migration projects, from scoping and kickoff to go-live
- Translate customer needs and platform data into a clear, actionable migration plan
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data import, billing, or platform setup
- Communicate clearly and proactively with customers and internal teams throughout the project
- Contribute to process improvements, templates, communications, and team documentation
- Mentor Junior Migration Specialists through peer QA, feedback, and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Success on customer-impacting issues
🔥 Do you have what it takes?
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS or technical services, with a focus on customer-facing implementation or migrations
- Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects at once, each with varying complexity
- Strong communicator – organized, clear, and confident with both internal teams and customers
- A strong sense of curiosity – you love digging in, learning new things, and figuring out how to make things better
- Passionate about doing meaningful work and being part of a team that’s building something impactful
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, structured data (CSVs), and troubleshooting
- Able to simplify technical issues for non-technical stakeholders
- Basic experience with data querying or SQL (or a willingness to learn)
- Self-starter with strong time management and a bias for action
- Familiarity with CRM and project tools
- Available for at least 5 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience migrating users, content, or billing systems from other SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with online video platforms or membership-based businesses
- Understanding of the creator economy, online fitness, or community-driven platforms
- Basic experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier
