POSITION SUMMARY:
Phlebotomy Solutions is seeking a proactive and results-driven Test Coordinator Manager to oversee the daily operations of a team of Test Coordinators. This leadership role is critical to ensuring efficient coordination of patient test collections, high-quality service delivery, and collaboration across sales, operations, and client support teams. The position is remote, with approximately 30% travel required.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Â

Manage the day-to-day operations of a team of Test Coordinators, providing direction, support, and performance management

Lead the hiring, onboarding, and training of new Test Coordinators to ensure team readiness and compliance

Develop, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and job aids to support team development and performance

Monitor and evaluate key operational metrics to ensure service quality and team effectiveness

Assist with the resolution of unreconciled lab draws and other operational challenges
-
Collaborate with local sales teams to support patient renewals and ensure continuity of care

Address and manage client complaints and service escalations in a timely and professional manner

Conduct workflow assessments and participate in new client onboarding and presentations as needed

Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve patient experience and workflow efficiencies

QUALIFICATIONS: Â

Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, operations, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience managing or supervising teams, ideally in a healthcare or patient services setting

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvement

Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% as needed

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workflow management tools
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Â

Background in phlebotomy, diagnostic testing, or healthcare coordination

Familiarity with CRM systems and electronic medical records (EMR)

Experience in remote team management

Strong problem-solving and client service skills

Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy standards
