What you will do:
- Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
- Assist customers with purchases when needed
- Follow up with customers to understand their progress and needs
- Handle refunds and process purchases efficiently
- Meet team KPIs
- Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Securely work with customersâ sensitive information
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
- Maintain working knowledge of our clientâs products and services
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent English skills (C2 for both spoken and written)
- Experience in customer serviceÂ
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Experience with CRM systems
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbpsâdownload and 40 Mbpsâupload)
Will be a great plus:
- Pre-sales experience
