What you will do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
  • Assist customers with purchases when needed
  • Follow up with customers to understand their progress and needs
  • Handle refunds and process purchases efficiently
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent English skills (C2 for both spoken and written)
  • Experience in customer serviceΒ 
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
