Job Description

Role Purpose: The Digital Product Owner will manage development and implementation of trait capture tools, coordinate Trialing Operational Processing systems, and drive integration and synergy across related product. owners

Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the Trialing Process ecosystem
• Ensure effective prioritization of features and enhancements across all related systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine product requirements
• Coordinate with IT, analytics, and data science teams to implement technical solutions
• Drive continuous improvement in Seeds Material Management and Inventory processes
• Oversee the development and enhancement of trait capture tools
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration among product owners
• Measure and report on key performance indicators for the Trialing Process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices
• Understanding of agricultural research processes, particularly in seed trialing
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices
• Knowledge of data collection tools and technologies
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or program ownership
• 3+ years of experience in agricultural technology or related field
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
• Strong communication and presentation skills
