Role Purpose: The Digital Product Owner will manage development and implementation of trait capture tools, coordinate Trialing Operational Processing systems, and drive integration and synergy across related product. owners
Accountabilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the Trialing Process ecosystem
Ensure effective prioritization of features and enhancements across all related systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine product requirements
Coordinate with IT, analytics, and data science teams to implement technical solutions
Drive continuous improvement in Seeds Material Management and Inventory processes
Oversee the development and enhancement of trait capture tools
Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration among product owners
Measure and report on key performance indicators for the Trialing Process
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Advanced knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices
Understanding of agricultural research processes, particularly in seed trialing
Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices
Knowledge of data collection tools and technologies
Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or program ownership
3+ years of experience in agricultural technology or related field
Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
Strong communication and presentation skills
