Your Contribution:

As a Scrum Master, you’ll be the driving force behind Agile excellence, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery across development teams. You will:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Guide the team in breaking down stories into actionable tasks, substories, and spikes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into team deliverables.
• Identify and remove impediments to keep the team focused and productive.
• Monitor team capacity and help balance resources to meet project goals.
• Escalate risks and issues proactively to ensure timely resolution.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.

 

 

Your Profile

• We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and energy to the table:

  • 3–6 years of experience in an engineering or software development environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM) preferred.
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA or similar.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic project management knowledge is a plus.
