Your Contribution:
As a Scrum Master, you’ll be the driving force behind Agile excellence, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery across development teams. You will:
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Guide the team in breaking down stories into actionable tasks, substories, and spikes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into team deliverables.
Identify and remove impediments to keep the team focused and productive.
Monitor team capacity and help balance resources to meet project goals.
Escalate risks and issues proactively to ensure timely resolution.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and energy to the table:
3–6 years of experience in an engineering or software development environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
Scrum Master Certification (CSM) preferred.
Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
Proficiency with tools like JIRA or similar.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
