You’ll play a key role in keeping processes running smoothly, supporting internal systems, and helping the team operate at peak efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update internal systems such as CRM and project management tools
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with data tracking, reporting, and light financial documentation
- Help streamline processes through automation tools
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth operations
- Perform light troubleshooting or coordination when technical/process issues arise
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and documentation
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role
- Proficiency in CRM systems, social media tools, and basic financial tracking platforms
- Familiarity with tools such as Airtable, ClickUp, Notion, ChatGPT, Google Workspace
- Experience or interest in using automation tools (N8N, Zapier)
- Comfortable with AI tools and eager to learn new technologies
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
