We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join a team in the marketing and education space. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in administrative and operational support, who’s comfortable working with digital tools and eager to grow in a dynamic, tech-forward environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping processes running smoothly, supporting internal systems, and helping the team operate at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update internal systems such as CRM and project management tools
Support daily administrative and operational tasks
Assist with data tracking, reporting, and light financial documentation
Help streamline processes through automation tools
Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth operations
Perform light troubleshooting or coordination when technical/process issues arise
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and documentation

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role

Proficiency in CRM systems, social media tools, and basic financial tracking platforms
Familiarity with tools such as Airtable, ClickUp, Notion, ChatGPT, Google Workspace
Experience or interest in using automation tools (N8N, Zapier)
Comfortable with AI tools and eager to learn new technologies
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
