The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Recruitment Pricing & Feasibility Specialist to partner with internal teams and support customer recruitment needs. You’ll help assess feasibility, propose accurate pricing, and ensure projects are scoped and delivered with precision and care. This role blends pricing analysis, supplier sourcing, stakeholder communication, and operational coordination—all key to helping our teams deliver a seamless customer experience.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring all stakeholders clearly understand what’s possible and feel supported throughout the process.
The Team
You’ll be part of our Global Operations team, a collaborative group of specialists who support feasibility, recruitment, and pricing across multiple time zones. We work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Project Management teams to make sure our customers’ studies are set up for success. We’re a hybrid team, mostly remote, but closely connected and always ready to support each other.
What We’re Looking For
Extensive experience in recruitment feasibility, pricing, or fieldwork management—ideally within a market research, UX, or CX environment
Strong understanding of the research or panel recruitment landscape
Excellent communication skills—able to manage expectations, explain complex issues clearly, and build trust quickly
A collaborative mindset—you love working cross-functionally and thrive in team environments
A strategic, solution-oriented approach to stakeholder needs and scope management
Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple moving parts
Comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, and ticketing/project tools like Zendesk, Monday.com, or Jira
Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards
A growth mindset—open to learning new tools, methods, and processes
