We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Monetization Team—a strategic function focused on accelerating Booksy’s revenue growth by developing scalable, customer-aligned monetization models. You will play a critical role in shaping how Booksy captures revenue across markets and provider segments. This role requires a structured thinker with strong product instincts, commercial acumen, and experience delivering outcomes through cross-functional collaboration. You will partner closely with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and sales to identify and execute monetization opportunities that are both user-centric and commercially sound.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a clear product strategy to scale monetization across markets—aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and provider maturity levels.
- Surface untapped monetization opportunities and optimize existing revenue streams through structured discovery, experimentation, and analysis.
- Embed agile principles in day-to-day execution—facilitating iterative delivery, continuous feedback loops, and cross-functional collaboration across product squads.
- Use data, research, and testing to ensure monetization ideas align with provider needs, drive adoption, and create measurable business impact.
- Define success metrics, track post-launch performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and scale.
- Work closely with Product, Commercial, and Executive stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, goals, and dependencies across the organization.
Requirements
- Product management experience, ideally in SaaS, marketplaces, or B2B2C platforms.
- Proven success in identifying and delivering monetization opportunities that drive measurable business impact.
- Strong product discovery skills—experienced in structuring experiments, conducting user research, and validating assumptions.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions.
- At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.
