The role includes assisting customers across our service channels on a wide variety of topics including pre-sales assistance, plant-care, product guidance, order processing, and more. Responsibilities:
- Foster easyplant’s customer-obsessed culture and provide world-class service via email and chat
- Provide assistance to customers on topics of plant-care, order processing, pre-sales, troubleshooting, and more
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Surface customer feedback to continuously improve our product and service
What we’re looking for:
- Based in Canada
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role
- Native English-speaking level or equivalent proficiency – Must
- Strong communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Ability to learn concepts quickly
- Passion for joining a dynamic start-up and working in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with CRMs & software tools (Intercom, Shopify, Slack) – Advantage
- Evening and weekend availability required:
- Shifts can run 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM EST or 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM EST
- At least one weekend shift is required
