Qualifications:
- 3+ years related experience.
- Experience in query language and data analysis. Familiarity with some of the following technologies is preferred: SQL, MongoDB querying, Amplitude, Splunk, and/or Figma.
- Systems Analysis: Ability to analyze and understand complex IT systems, applications, and processes.
- Requirements Gathering: Skill in gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Process Improvement: Ability to identify areas for process improvement and propose enhancements or optimizations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Capable of presenting ideas clearly and effectively.
- Product/Initiative Support: Experience supporting big IT initiatives, including assisting with planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Self-Motivation/Time Management: Highly responsible self-starter/team-oriented individual with strong work ethic. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks or initiatives simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing technologies, requirements, and business environments.
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 10% of the time, Domestic Travel only.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $77,200.00 to $96,500.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?
World Wide Technology, Inc. currently has an opportunity available for an Analyst in the IT – Sales & Customer Experience organization located at our headquarters in St. Louis, MO. Our Sales & Customer Experience applications support our inside sales teams, account managers, and external customers. These applications are highly visible and are currently being used by our WWT internal and external users around the globe. We work in a fast-paced environment as a dynamic team consisting of Developers, Analysts, Architects, and Product Owners.
Successful candidates will have a background in data and application analysis and will be responsible for the translation of business needs into IT solutions with current programs, projects, and initiatives in mind. Analysts within our organization often lead efforts from kickoff to delivery by coordinating stakeholder meetings to gather and refine requirements, track progress, execute detailed testing, manage rollouts, and provide first-tier support. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, highly innovative, and has a passion for learning both business and technical processes.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business needs and proposed solutions by working with a product owner, architect, and stakeholders.
- Write user stories that effectively communicate the product owner and stakeholders’ requirements and are easily consumed by our team’s developers
- Write, maintain, and conduct comprehensive functional and regression test plans. Support the identification and resolution of issues or defects during testing.
- Offer ongoing support and consultation to address functional/technical issues and ensure solutions meet end-user needs. Provide guidance and direction on production issues. Start to monitor and look into support trends that can be addressed more proactively.
- Work closely with other analysts, developers, team members, leadership, and business to ensure effective implementation. Provide guidance and support to associate analysts, helping them to develop their skills and navigate technical challenges. Share knowledge and best practices with team members to improve overall team competency.
- Assist in creating analytics dashboards to help our product organization make informed decisions
- Continuously learn and understand WWT’s business and technical processes to effectively contribute to and support the evolution of our technology solutions.
