The Learning & Membership Operations Coordinator is responsible for the operational management of learning delivery, membership administration, and marketing coordination activities. This role ensures that systems, processes, and participant/member experiences operate smoothly, enabling facilitators and consultants to focus on client engagement and program delivery. The position operates within a structured remote environment and supports the end-to-end coordination of learning programs, membership lifecycle management, and operational marketing execution.
