We’re looking for an accomplished Demand Generation Manager who is ready to make an impact at a high-growth company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing full funnel demand generation programs and campaigns, using inbound and outbound channels, to drive lead volume, MQLs, pipeline and sourced and influenced revenue. The ideal candidate will bring experience in a SaaS technology company, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within our marketing and sales organizations. We seek an individual who is unafraid to think differently, willing to measure performance and iterate based on findings, and keeps current on the latest marketing trends.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns and programs to generate leads and drive attributed pipeline and revenue
  • Create and manage Paid media campaigns across Programmatic, SEM, social, review sites, and other channels, adhering to channel best practices
  • Develop and monitor campaign and program metrics for all inbound and outbound channels, including paid media, email, workflows, segmented lists, and assets
  • Assess and analyze campaign performance. Identify drivers or detractors of campaign performance and create actionable next steps, including running A/B Tests and adopting an “always optimizing” testing calendar
  • Keep up to date with industry and search engine updates. Communicate implications for program and recommended actions
  • Help educate best practices, upskill team members, and identify new and innovative ways to create impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategic marketers, strategists, data storytellers, and creative colleagues to drive strategies that align with stakeholder goals and drive business impact
  • Work with leadership to determine audience segmentation and identify buyer personas to inform content and channel strategies
  • Participate in campaign ideation brainstorms
  • Serve as subject matter expert for a key marketing channel(s). Protect and manage the digital customer experience of that channel(s)
  • Develop, refine and implement channel, governance, and engagement playbook
  • Establish and monitor data-driven benchmarks
  • Contribute to integrated campaign strategy ideation and pitch opportunities across the teams

What you should bring:

  • Experience managing large nurture programs and multi channel outbound campaigns at scale
  • Proficiency using Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Marketo), Google Analytics, Adwords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other sales engagement tools
  • 3+ years experience working in Demand generation, preferably in the B2B SaaS space
  • A passion for driving a deep understanding of full funnel performance metrics and revenue attribution
  • Excellent communications and project management skills, including strong ad copy and email copy writing skills
  • Strong relationship building skills with an excellent understanding of sales cycles and motions
  • Strong report building and data analysis skills
Salary Range: $135,000 – $155,000 USD
